Arizona – Business Basics Guide Updated

SALT Report 2198 – The Arizona Department of Revenue updated their Business Basics publication to better help businesses comply with the state’s transaction privilege tax, use tax, and licensing requirements.  In addition to describing the types of licenses and taxes that are administered by the Department of Revenue, the publication also discusses other Arizona agencies that impose taxes and have licensing requirements that may affect your business.

Topics covered include e-business services, licenses and registration requirements, TPT special situations, exemptions from tax, bond requirements, and taxpayer identification.  Also included is contact information for various governmental agencies.
