SALT Report 2503 – The California State Board of Equalization announced that they will be holding their annual Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights Hearing on May 22, 2013. The hearing is open to anyone with ideas or concerns regarding the administration of California’s business and property taxes.
In addition to discussing ways in which the BOE can safeguard the rights, privacy, and property of taxpayers, the BOE will be addressing ways to help taxpayers better understand California’s tax laws and ways to improve the taxpayers’ overall experience with the BOE.
