  • The Commission will provide relief to affected taxpayers who are unable to timely report or to make payment of taxes because of the May 2013 tornadoes by waiving interest and/or penalties as provided in 68 O.S. Supp. 2004 § 220.  Or, in some cases the Department may authorize an extended payment plan, and
  • Interest and penalties of less than $10,000.00 that would normally be due as a result of an inability to report or make payment will be waived so long as the taxpayer voluntarily files its report, pays the taxes due, and submits a written statement of the taxpayers’ circumstances
