California – Free Pasadena Small Business Seminar

SALT Report 3061 – The California State Board of Equalization is offering a free seminar for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals who would like to start a business on Monday, October 21, 2013.  The seminar will provide important information regarding sales and use tax laws, business permits, forms of ownership, employees and independent contractors, government subcontracting, marketing strategies, audits and compliance, loan programs and services, record keeping and tax tips, and employment taxes.
