SALT Report 3781 – On March 14, 2016 the Oklahoma legislature introduced House Bill 2531 proposing online sales and use tax collections. This bill is referred to as the Retail Protection Act of 2016 and sets forth additional requirements for sales tax collections by marketplace providers and marketplace sellers.
