Kansas introduced three Wayfair-related bills during its 2020 session, but the measure debated Tuesday is the last one standing. The state Chamber of Commerce supported an alternative marketplace facilitator bill, but said it could get behind H.B. 2657 now that it includes the $100,000 threshold and a key provision on audits.
